I was told that these were fitted to photo recon' aircraft during the Viet Nam era.  It has a three digit day counter but no visible signs of a way to re-set this.  The serial number is F18759 but there is no date code. As I can't wear this one on my wrist I'm looking to have it mounted as a desk clock. It really is tiny though only about 34mm in diameter.
